Mrs. Liana Jorgensen from Colombias Ambassade, Kastelsvej 15, st.tv. 2100, sent me the letter you addressed there regarding my son Jorge Holguin's work, and your transmitting it in 1984 and now, and the honoraria you are ready to pay. She also sent me a copy of the answer sent to you, signed by Carlos Arturo Morales, konsul, giving you my address.

As Jorge Holguin's mother and I am very happy you are still transmitting some of Jorge's writings at the Danish Radio. Yes, unfortunately my son died at the Hvidovre Hospital, November 3, 1989, after 2 years of patient suffering, while still working with his drawings, writings and co-directing his "Jorge Holguin Dance Theatre" with his friend, Canadian dancer-choreographer Kathryn Ricketts. She is still in Copenhagen and carries on with the Company under the name of Ricketts Dance Co. at Esromgade 15, indg 2.2.2210. Kobenhavn 2200. Tel: 31 39 93 30

You can deliver to Miss Ricketts the honoraria you mention, since she is working in the recollection and organization of Jorge Holguin's "oeuvres" to make an ARCHIVE in his memory, available to consultants, I understand she is trying to get the help of the Ministry of Culture and the Theatre Council.

I already called her about your letter and left a message. Please call her and tell her you received this letter, and that I am authorizing delivering to her these honoraria to be used in the Jorge Holguin's Archive. Also she can provide you with material for your programs, if she is not very busy now, because she will be leaving the country by February next year.

I am sending you Giorgio II, the last of Jorge's books published, and the draft of "Pafi the virus and I" if you would like to publish or read parts at your programs. Also Paloma Estrada has the Danish copy she translated, in case you want the book in Danish, please call her to the 31 13 02 23.

I also have some things written on Jorge by myself and other people that I can send, and a video I made, if you can use it I can send a copy, say if 3/4 or which format, you just have to give the credits to "Felipe Paz, Teatro Nacional, Bogotá, Colombia". Also I have a cassette: "A Jewish story read by Jorge Holguín", good voice, bad recording, but maybe you could use it.

On June 19 I sent you by Air Mail Special Delivery (Colombian Avianca EMS, receipt # 885-566-484), the unpublished book "PAFI, THE VIRUS AND I" and the published book Giorgio II, plus some information on Jorge Holguín, and the accompanying letter which copy I am sending with this note, but my secretary wrote your address wrong: she wrote Strand gade G, instead of 6,  and 140 as postal code instead of 1401, so I don't know if you received it. 

My young friend Sigrid Damsager who is leaving Colombia today and arriving in Denmark this week, is calling you to find out if you received the sent package. If not, please try to find it at the Post Office and if not, please fax me to 571 338 0432, Liga Sida, Att. Mariluz de Holguín, to see if I can send it again though the post cost is of 75,oo US!
